Carlos Iván Márquez is an audio manipulator born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, now shaping shadows and sound in Central Florida. He twists ordinary audio into haunting, beautiful, and unsettling soundscapes that linger beneath the skin. His solo project, The Pulse Diaries, and his collaboration project, Hide the Potion, with César Dávila-Irizarry (American Horror Story composer), balance chaos with intention, noise with emotion, and darkness with quiet resilience.
His creations are a persistent search through the depths of emotion, his own and those he absorbs, shaped into shifting pulses and textures of sound.
